Cindy Hanke – Lead Support & Service Representative | Client Relationship Manager
Cindy Hanke is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of industry experience. Since joining Steve’s practice in 2019, she has served as the Lead Support and Service Representative, playing a central role in both client service and internal operations. In addition, she helps manage client relationships as the team’s Client Relationship Manager, ensuring each client receives attentive, high-quality service at every stage.
Cindy is committed to maintaining high standards of service quality, processing work with efficiency and accuracy, and staying up to date with changing procedures and industry best practices. She also supports the team’s marketing and prospecting efforts, helping to drive growth while reinforcing the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Before joining Steve’s team, Cindy spent over a decade specializing in private-sector retirement plans at a leading financial services firm. She has held her life, health, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses for more than 17 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and regulatory awareness to her work.
Having grown up in a military family and later marrying into the military, Cindy understands the values of discipline, adaptability, and service. She is a proud mother of two grown daughters and a grandmother to five.
Outside the office, Cindy enjoys traveling to warm destinations, volunteering at her local church, and spending time with family. She is also passionate about giving back and supports several charitable organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tunnel to Towers, and the United Way.
