Barbara Bristol brings over 26 years of experience in business operations, with a strong focus on providing reliable, detail-oriented support in the financial services industry. Most recently, she served as a Senior Business Operations Administrator at Osaic, where she worked as a non-registered support representative, assisting financial professionals and directly supporting clients.

In her role, Barbara is responsible for opening new accounts, servicing existing clients, and scheduling review appointments for clients and prospects. She is passionate about client service and takes pride in completing tasks accurately the first time, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, precision, and a commitment to excellence.

Barbara's career spans a variety of roles—including Receptionist, Benefits/Planner Assistant, Insurance Processor, Investment Coordinator, and Office Facilitator—demonstrating her versatility and deep operational knowledge. Before joining Lincoln (now Osaic), she worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Navcom Systems in Manassas, VA.

Originally from North Carolina and now based in Temple Hills, Maryland, Barbara is the proud mother of four grown sons and grandmother to four grandchildren. She is also pursuing her Maryland notary certification, having already been certified in Virginia.

Outside of work, Barbara is deeply involved in charitable causes. She actively supports Childhelp, a therapeutic residential center for children in rural Virginia. Each December, she adopts around 40 angel tags, shops for personalized gifts, and ensures every child on her list feels seen and remembered during the holidays. She also supports the American Cancer Society, donating annually and participating in its Breast Cancer Walk, while rallying friends and family to raise funds for research and care.
